Diploma of Musical Theatre

Course details

This course is designed to help you develop your creative talents in singing, dancing and acting in musical theatre including cabaret and small theatre shows.

Subject areas will include: original show creation, vocal development, dance and movement, acting & scene into song, auditioning, freelance services & promotion and production management. The culmination of the course will involve developing an original show, rehearsing and event management - all leading to a public performance of the show in the final weeks of the course.

You will develop multi-creative skills in voice, acting, show creation and dance with guidance from our specialist teachers in:

• voice and
• production & management

What employment opportunities will I have?

After successfully completing this course you will be prepared for self-initiated projects in cabaret and small theatre as well as preparing for further study.\
