Course details
The Diploma in Shipping and Port Management is designed to train students in a wide variety of disciplines to enable them to learn the necessities of shipping operations and for those who wish to upgrade their knowledge and skills in maritime business and to further their professional career.
This program aims to equip participants with the fundamental theories of business, maritime knowledge and skills to interact effectively in a business environment. This course involves classroom lectures, group discussions and case studies. Participants must successfully complete 10 compulsory modules to qualify for the award of Diploma in Shipping and Port Management.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following minimum entry requirements:
- IELTS 5.5 or its equivalent (applicable for international students only)
- Minimum 3 'N' or 'O' level passes (including English) or its equivalent
- KIBS Certificate
Program Structure
