Course details
With the only marine science–related course in Singapore, we can prepare you for a career in marine conservation and oceanography. You will learn about a range of topics, such as aquatic species, production systems, farm operations, and managing marine and aquatic health.
The programme’s hands-on approach will give you the practical skills to understand, protect, and manage perse marine ecosystems as you get up close with all sorts of aquatic life. You will also have opportunities to learn from teachers who are experts in their fields and experience real-world challenges at work attachments through a wide range of marine and aquaculture–related industries and research institutes.
Course Outcomes
- Learn all about the fascinating marine ecosystem and its inhabitants, as well as aquaculture techniques and coastal environments
- Develop essential skills and knowledge to protect and manage marine ecosystems and evaluate the impact of human activity on the marine environment
