The subject of online marketing covers a wide range of web skills and communication techniques to get web content seen by potential customers in an online world. This course is aimed at learners with no previous marketing experience but who would like to begin in the area of Digital Marketing and utilise freely available advertising, social networking and analytics tools.

Programme Aims and Objectives

This course aims at providing the learner with a firm grounding in each of the key areas of online digital marking. During this course the learner will cover the leading areas of digital marking such as creating and deploying a Pay-Per-Click advertisement campaign, creating and maintaining blogs as a marketing platform to a target audience and direct marketing through email.

The process of leveraging social networking tools such as Facebook, Twitter and Linked in are also explained as an advertising platform for potential customers. The fundamentals of Search Engine Optimisation and keyword analysis are also explored, ensuring that client web pages are always at the top of a search result list. Advanced topics such as the tracking of consumer interest through freely available advertising platforms such as Google Analytics is explored in-depth for complete customer analysis.

After completing this course, learners will have a well-rounded understanding of online digital marking, allowing them to apply their knowledge to real world advertising scenarios.
