Who is this course for?
Intended for those who would like to develop a high standard of foundation in baking skills and stimulate interest for employment opportunities such as catering for private functions, public houses, restaurants and hotels.
Entry Requirements
Over 16 years of age. A good understanding of the English language is essential. Minimum Qualification 10 h Pass.
