The DIFC is a global financial centre located in Dubai and is home to the regional headquarters of many of the world's major financial institutions. The DIFC is a distinct legal jurisdiction with its own legal and regulatory framework.
There are serious legal, regulatory, financial and reputational consequences for companies which fail to comply with their obligations under DIFC law.
