Day one:

1. Improve your interaction with other internal personnel
2. Describe where your team is on the team success curve
3. Develop a common purpose for your team
4. Describe values. Expectations and ground rules for your team

Day two:

1. Communication among team members
2. Use a variety of methods to convey information to the team
3. Successfully conduct team meetings
4. Make effective team presentations

Day three:

1. Collaborate effectively with other team members
2. Identify the sources of conflict on teams
3. Use a four-step model to resolve team conflicts
4. Reward and recognize effective teamwork
