    Graduates of the Property & Facility Management Higher Certificate programme are eligible to progress to a Bachelor of Science (Ordinary) Degree (Level 7) programme. (Pending student numbers.)

    The programme is designed so that on satisfactory completion, graduates will hold a good knowledge and understanding of the theory, concepts and methods pertaining to the field of property and facilities management as it operates nationally and internationally. Graduates will be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate with peers and senior management on technical and specialised areas of the industry.

    Year 3

    • Multi-Unit Management

    Year 4

    • Comprises 6 modules:
    • Property Valuation
    • Energy Management and Operating Costs in Buildings
    • Commercial Property Management
    • Facilities Management and Services Procurement
    • Applied Project Management
    • Sustainable Building Technologies

    Work Based Learning

    Work based learning continues to play a large role in the assessment of your ability to apply academic theories from the programme to practical property & facilities management roles. Students will be required to submit work based learning reflections on an on-going basis throughout the academic terms.
