The first stepping stone to becoming a Certified & Licensed KTCI Coach is Creating From Self programme, which can also be attended independently of the full NLP & Life Coach Course.

What you will learn from this 3–Day–Programme:


Day 1

The first day is all about the mind, the power of our subconscious mind, self-image, and how we create our reality. Together we will unearth and peel off the layers to discover your truest self, the words you use, and their impact on the mind-body connection. As Sigmund Freud said – The mind is like an iceberg; It floats with one-seventh of its bulk above the water. So get ready to step into the unfamiliar, dive into your personality, beliefs, thinking patterns, and internal paradigms. We will learn how these internal constructs work and the internal games that dictate our behaviors. On this day, you will explore ways to change limiting beliefs, uninstall the programmes that do not serve you, and learn how to install new programmes that will align with your inner-leader and a higher calling.


Day 2

The second day is all about energy. How it flows, its principles, and laws. Emotions are energy, and they live in our bodies. The thought is the language of the brain, and emotions are the language of the body. And how we think and how we feel governs our state, and our state stimulates our behaviors, and our behaviors influence our results. When our (e)motions are flowing freely, they bring us tremendous energy and provide the fuel for us to transform and grow. However, when we are not willing or able to allow our (e)motions to flow freely, that energy can get stuck in our bodies and can create all kinds of physical issues and dis-eases.
This day is really all about you and how you show up in this world. Be ready on this day to break the habit of your old self and reinvent a new self. To un-fire and un-wire old circuits; to re-fire and re-wire new ones. This day is so powerful that it evokes your own transformation to embrace a new way of being in the world.


Day 3

Day three – we enter the world of coaching where you will get your hands-on essentials coaching skills, principles, methods, and cornerstones and how to integrate all the elements covered in the first two days under one roof. The focus is on participation and practical experience rather than the lecture. You will learn how to use some of the best coaching tools and put them to practice in order to work with others and evoke their own transformation. Updated on 07 December, 2020
