PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

Participants will be guided by experienced engineers as their tutors, and will meet like-minded peers.

Six core classroom-based modules are delivered on a monthly basis (September to February) at a convenient location. Class modules are supplemented via an on-line Learning Management System. Participants will be expected to consider and prepare course-work in advance of each of the six modules in order to maximize learning. A short reflective paper will be completed for each module to ascertain learning acquired and how it can be applied in the workplace.

All participants complete the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) questionnaire. This helps learners identify: their particular talents and strengths; how others may see them as well as their potential areas for growth.
