Conflict in the workplace is unavoidable, after time if conflict in the workplace is left unresolved there can be a bigger and worse outcome in the end. This affects team members not only psychologically but also physically causing a knock on effect of lowered productivity, and possibly a sense of not belonging resulting them wanting to look elsewhere for employment.

Our Conflict Resolution Skills course teaches the skills on how to better resolve conflict in the workplace. Additionally it is for individuals that experience conflict in the workplace and would like to learn more about team dynamics.
