Course details
This is an excellent course for those who wish to work in the IT technical support industry. Dell, Intel and Lenovo require the A+ for their service technician posts. Its is available as a programme depending on experience. At the end of the course students will sit two exams. Course modules include: hardware maintenance and upgrades, troubleshooting and repair, software / customer support and work experience. Students who enrol on the course will also complete the FETAC Level 5 and 6 Web Authoring modules.

About Bray Adult Education Centre
We_They is situated on the grounds of Presentation College Bray County Wicklow. The Centre, under the auspices of the Kildare and Wicklow Education Training Board (KWETB), exists to provide a second chance in education to adult learners. Today there are over 150 students attending a variety of certified courses at BAEC. Subjects include Leaving Certificate, E-Business, Dynamic Web Design, Comp TIA A+, Childcare Studies, Art, Creative Metalcraft, Woodwork and ESOL. The Centre also exists to profile and promote student work.
