This programme is ideal for those interested in progressing their computer Networking skills. The course covers network technologies, installation and configuration, media and topologies, management, and security. Candidate job roles include network administrator, network technician, network installer, help desk technician and IT cable installer.

Companies such as Dell, HP, Ricoh, Sharp and Xerox recommend or require CompTIA Network+ for their networking technicians. It is a technical prerequisite option for IT technicians seeking to join the Apple Consultants Network, and is recognized by the U.S. Department of Defence.

Programme Aims and Objectives

The central aim of the course is to give attendees hands-on practical experience in Networking fundamentals and to help course participants acquire networking certifications.

Programme Content

The programme will be presented in a structured format by the trainer, and is principally and comprehensively geared towards preparing candidates for the CompTIA Network+ certification and the Microsoft Technical Associate Networking Fundamentals certification.
