You provide support to the end-users of an IT infrastructure and you want to expand and deepen your knowledge. In this CompTIA A+ 2012 training course you will learn the relevant basic knowledge. With the CompTIA A+ 2012 Essentials certification for support engineers you demonstrate that you have sound basic IT knowledge.

To achieve your CompTIA A+ certification you have to complete two exams. These are the 220-801 A+ Essentials and the 220-802 A+ Practical Application exam. This combined training course will prepare you optimally for both exams.

Among the topics covered are computer hardware, security, installation and configuration of Windows, and the basic principles of networks.
