Course details
The Low FODMAP Diet is known to improve the symptoms in 60-80% of people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). It is the most effective diet for IBS and should be followed with the advice from a FODMAP trained Registered Dietitian.
The term FODMAP is an acronym for rapidly fermentable carbohydrates that are known to trigger gas, bloating, distension, abdominal pain, diarrhea and/or constipation in people with IBS.
