Saturday 6th June: Incorporation and Transition - Classroom - Time: 12.30pm – 3.30pm

This session will cover:

  • Official Seal.
  • Contracts.
  • Re-registration.
  • Transition Period.
  • Requirements to change.

Learning Outcomes: 

  • You will learn about specific requirements for each company type, effects of non-compliance, rationale behind new approach and best practice within Corporate Governance.
  • You will learn about LTD, CLG, DAC, PLC, ULC/PUC/PULC, Investment Companies and the primary benefits and new features of incorporation in each form within New Company Types.
  • You will learn about official seal, contracts, re-registration, transition period and requirements to change within Incorporation and Transition.
