The aim of this programme is to improve and increase communications of Technical Personnel. This course is ideal for Technical personnel who work in an expert support function but interface on a regular basis with internal and external clients.
It is relevant for people who have to explain complex specialised information to their colleagues, peers, subordinates and management as stakeholders. It will be of use to those who may be struggling to effectively communicate and will help to refocus the efforts of the entire technical team. At the end of this programme attendees will be able to incorporate internal and external customers' priorities into workflow and reduce interdepartmental conflict. Work more productively and supportively and reduce the likelihood of miscommunications. Skillnets is an enterprise-led support body whose mission is to enhance the skills of people in employment in Irish industry to support competitiveness and employability.
