Effective communication skills are one of the keys to success in any interaction, either personal or business related. Over 75% of relationship breakdowns occur due to communication issues. Comprehending the essentials of the communication process and participants? own communication styles is at the heart of this course, which is truly fun and interactive, and will really allow participants to practice and improve their abilities to communicate in work-related situations.
