• Grade 10 AND
• Learners must be at least 16 years of age AND
• The ability to read and write in English AND
• Successful completion of the Events Co-Ordination Certificate AND the Events Co-Ordination Advanced Certificate

The College SA Expert Course in Events Management  provides students with a detailed study of the aspects of managing events based on project management principles. Project management goes hand-in-hand with events management because the event can be seen as a project that has a definite start and end point, and it's a once off occurrence. The College SA Expert Course in Events Management deals with the phases, processes and domains of managing an event and aims to help students develop attitudes and ethics based on the core values proposed in the Events Management Body of Knowledge (EMBOK).
