The course is for sales staff that may need up skilling and help in developing confidence when it comes to making contact with customers or taking customer enquiries over the phone.

• Develop effective Telephone communication skills to close the sale or book the appointment
• Turn around negative calls to leave the customer with a positive experience

• Developing the right attitude towards sale calls
• How to guide a customer during the call, from introduction to close
• Exceeding and pre-empting customers’ needs and expectations

• Looking after incoming customer enquiry calls
• Developing the right attitude in sales

• Classroom based power-point presentation & interactive discussion
• There will also be course hand-outs, group exercises & role-playing.
