Learn the key elements of a coaching relationship and coaching conversation in this highly interactive programme. As a leader-manager, you will also be able to practice core coaching skills through coaching practice sessions which will allow you to immediately structure and initiate coaching relationships with your team members back at work. To help you get started, you will be encouraged to develop a personal coaching plan. A specially planned half-day post-course workshop will help you review your coaching plans and share your coaching experiences with the trainer and fellow course mates.
