This programme is aimed at management and / or individuals / teams and will provide participants with the evidence based understanding (positive & coaching psychology), knowledge and practical coaching strategies to facilitate and manage personal, individual and group performance and well-being in the workplace.

LEARNING OUTCOMES
The following learning outcomes are specified;
- Identify the workplace challenges faced and assess personal performance.
- Evaluate Individual / Group relationships and assess in terms of communication and knowledge sharing.
- Explore the importance of relationships and building alliances.
- Understand performance in the context of workplace challenges (People, Problems & Tasks) faced. (Internal & External Interference)
- Practice Mindfulness based Self-Coaching strategies in the context of Individual and organisational health and well-being.
