    Course details

    • This Cloud Computing course is designed to introduce students to the growing area of Cloud Computing. Students become familiar with the fundamentals of software programming in languages which are Cloud standards. Networking basics and web authoring are also presented with an emphasis on how they relate to the cloud.
    • On completion successful students may progress to Cloud Computing Level 6, other education opportunities or to the labour market.

    Entry Requirements

    This course is run in collaboration with FIT (Fastrack to Information Technology) and DSP (Department of Social Protection).

    • Applicants must be in receipt of a Social Welfare payment
    • Applicants may apply for VTOS (Vocational Training and Opportunities Scheme) or BTEA (Back to Education Allowance)
    • Applications will be canvassed through St. John’s Central College
