I struggled, especially with a health crisis causing my weight to change. I went to wear my favorite winter pants and they didn't fit. My favorite dress? You guessed it - it didn't fit. And instead of tossing them out, I held onto them because I felt attached to them. So believe me when I say . . . I get it. I really do. I understand that old habits die hard, and the hard time we give ourselves when something doesn't flatter our body.
