Steps for Certification:

1. Review the steps of How to Get Your CISSP ® Certification steps from (ISC) , the official governing body for the CISSP ® examination, to ensure that you are eligible to take the exam. These steps can be found at the following link: https://www.isc2.org/cissp-how-to-certify.aspx

2. Register with Pearson VUE to take the CISSP ® certification exam.  This exam is typically offered multiple times a year and to sign up to take the examination online requires creating a new Pearson VUE account. Sign up for the CISSP ® certification exam here

3.  Study the required material to pass the CISSP ® certification examination. This course covers the material that is within the CISSP ® certification exam, and will help put you in a great position to succeed in the exam (Note: While this course is comprehensive in regards to covering material on the exam, we do recommend using other aids to guide your study.)

4.  Pass your exam!

5.  Wait for your certificate to arrive, at which point you can use your credentials to push into a wide array of new industries and areas.
