The underpinning knowledge & skills developed from this course are portable & may be applied to the management of Beauty, Hair, Nail, Slimming salons as well as Spas & Wellness Establishments offering Massage Therapy, Chiropractic, Physiotherapy, TCM practices and Aesthetic Clinics etc. Contents of the course provide essential information about management practices including strategic planning, setting goals, writing business plans, managing budgets & accounts, human resources & trainings. And assignments aimed at guiding the learners to develop skills & ideas to manage their business professionally.
