CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management: if you are an experienced HR professional looking to advance your management expertise, want to work as an independent consultant in HR, or are responsible for HR operations in an organisation where HR is not a specialist function. You must either have the required job experience or the Level 3 certification to be eligible for the Associate Diploma in People Management.
CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development: if you are an experienced L&D professional aiming to boost your management skills, want to work as an independent consultant in HR, or are responsible for L&D operations in an organisation where L&D is not a specialist function.
