4. Application of Change:
- Leadership styles and roles essential for leading change initiatives.
- Overcoming common pitfalls linked to the four key organizational metaphors through diverse leadership approaches.
5. Practitioner Exam Preparation:
- Comprehensive review and practice with APMG sample questions and exam papers.

Successful completion of the Change Management Foundation course and APMG Change Management Foundation exam with a pass rate of 50% or higherApproximately 2 hours of study on the first evening
