    Overview
    Change management is a structured approach to transitioning individuals teams and businesses from a current state to a desired future state. During the course delegates will learn how to design a change programme which allows for each stage of the Change Curve. They will consider how change is likely to impact individuals and why adopting a people focused change management plan is critical to success. Delegates will practice identifying stakeholders and crafting messages that positively influence them and minimise disruption.
