The Certified Service Professional (CSP) programme is a professional training programme in service mindset skills that offers you the opportunity to enter and grow a rewarding career in the vibrant Retail, Tourism and Service Industry.

Entry Requirements 

All applicants need only to fulfill one of the following admission requirements:

  • GCE 'N' Level English Grade C5; or
  • GCE 'O' Level English Grade C6; or
  • Level 4 of the Employability Skills System (ESS) Workplace Literacy modules in at least two modalities
