This Certification programme, gives participants the knowledge on how to facilitate and coach a Scrum project. Participants will receive Scrum Alliance international certification.

  • Case Study - Exercise Two - 59 Minute Scrum
  • Scrum in the Enterprise
  • Distributed and Dispersed Scrum
  • Context Switching and Parkinsons Law

Learning Outcomes: 

  • Those attending the course will learn how to: Assume the responsibilities of a ScrumMaster.
  • Remove the barriers between development and the customer so that the customer/product owner directly drives development.
  • Improve employee and customer satisfaction.
  • Improve accuracy of estimation and planning.
  • Improve the engineering practices and tools so each increment of functionality is potentially shippable.
