CPA (Certified Public Accountant) is a leading accountancy qualification in the US, which has gained international recognition over the years. This qualification provides members with a strong accounting, auditing and business knowledge background that will enable them to provide high quality services for their employers.
The eligibility requirements to qualify as a CPA includes:
- Completing a bachelors in accounting from an accredited college or university. International candidates from outside the US will need to evaluate their educational credentials by an agency approved by the US board of accountancy. Every state or "jurisdiction" has specific requirements as follows:
- Passing the uniform CPA exam
- Obtaining a specific amount of professional work experience in public accounting (the required amount and type of experience varies according to licensing jurisdiction)
EY Training Center offers a comprehensive teaching program in preparation for the CPA examination. Our course includes over 230 hours of live lectures covering all of the CPA subjects. The course includes AICPA approved materials and mock exams. Classes are held on weekdays evenings and at weekends.
