This course aims to equip participants with the knowledge and tools on exercising control to accomplish their organisation's productivity project as scheduled.
The key is to ride on the industry knowledge and experience of your managers, by equipping them with the essential skills through our Aspiring Productivity Excellence Certified In-Company Productivity Manager Programme (APEX-CIPM).
This ground-breaking programme offered by the Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business (SCCIOB) is supported and co-funded by SPRING Singapore and the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA).
CERTIFICATE
Upon fulfilling the minimum attendance of 75% and the assessment requirements, participants will be awarded with a Statement of Attainment (SOA) from WDA, a Certificate of Achievement jointly awarded by SCCIOB and SIMTech, as well as a Certificate of Proficiency from SCCIOB.
Programme Structure
- It allows the participants to grasp the key concepts in operations improvement and productivity, including the understanding of
- the important link between business competitive strategy and operations improvement and productivity
- the approach to measure the performance of operations improvement and productivity
- the techniques and tools for operations improvement, and
- being able to apply concepts to their company for productivity improvement
The outcome of the project implementation can be either qualitative or quantitative in nature and endorsed by the participant’s management upon successful implementation. The practical experience will definitely raise the confidence of the participants, giving them the heads up on the analysis, planning and implementation of their company’s long-term productivity initiatives.
