This 4-day certification course takes participants through the phases of a project, using the Process Groups and integrative framework adapted by the Project Management Institute (PMI ). It is suitable for anyone who requires an introduction to the PMI's approach to project management, particularly those working towards the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).The CAPM qualification is aimed at those individuals operating as a member of a project team e.g. subject matter expert, task owner, coordinator etc. The qualification demonstrates that the candidate has a working knowledge of the processes and terminology as laid out in the PMI's Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge.
