What is this course about?

This course is designed to meet the needs of students who wish to gain an introduction to the world of web design. It will introduce students to the technologies used to create networked media interfaces, to web design principles, digital illustration and imaging.

On completion of this course, students should be able to:

  • Explain webdesign principles and processs;
  • Create projects that demonstrate technical and theoretical web design skills;
  • Construct a portfolio in web design.

What are the minimum entry requirements?

All applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Lifelong Learning reserves the right to require applicants to attend for an interview to determine their suitability for the programme
