Course details
Personal selling involves verbal conversations, either by telephone or face-to-face, between salespersons and prospective customers. The Certificate: Personal Selling enables understanding of marketing orientation, the ability to develop fundamental sales strategies for a given context, analyse a marketing plan, gain understanding of the role and task of a sales person and apply the acquired knowledge to the practise and task of salesmanship. The sales and marketing field has vast opportunities in all types of organisations and industries. The skills and competencies enabled will support further studies in the field of marketing and sales.
Entrance Requirement
Grade 12 (Std 10) or equivalent NQF 4 qualification or 2 years verifiable and relevant working experience.
