Course details
The aim of this course is to produce applied practitioners who display the basic range of skills required for the competent delivery of strength and conditioning. Students graduating with the Certificate will also have the opportunity to continue their studies to a full in strength and conditioning through two further years of study.
This course has been designed to address each aspect identified as crucial to the effective delivery of strength and conditioning coach at a foundation level.
