The Certificate: Sales Management supports the skills and competencies required to perform effectively in the area of sales management through the use and application of the core areas in sales within the business environment. Relevant skill sets include strategic planning, goal setting, management of change, legal framework understanding, the ability to apply marketing processes and principles, as well as marketing communication, development of marketing plans, handling of marketing related finances and budgets and the management of sales staff.
Entrance Requirement
Grade 12 (Std 10) or equivalent NQF 4 qualification or 2 years verifiable and relevant working experience.
