Course details

The Certificate in International Hospitality Management Programme is designed to give learners an introduction to the international hospitality industry with future progression opportunities to study for either a Diploma or Degree in International Hospitality Management. This programme, which is divided into four modules, is designed to provide a practical grounding in the skills of hospitality management. Participants who are already working in industry and who wish to pursue a qualification in International Hospitality Management on a part-time basis. Mature learners who do not meet the above entry requirements may be admitted to the programme on the grounds of their life and work experience. Participants who have an in studying for a qualification in international hospitality management and who may wish to gain future entry to a level seven/eight undergraduate programme.

Mature Students - If you are 23 years or over from the 1st January of this year, you can apply for this course directly using the College’s online application form. A member of the College’s admissions team will be in touch to discuss your course entry requirements. Under 23 Years - Two Honours Level, Grade C3s or above and four Ordinary Level D3s in your Leaving Certificate (subjects to include Maths and a language) or equivalent exam taken.
