About Wicklow Further Education Centre

KWETB Adult Basic Education (ABE) Service aims to help those who wish to improve and upgrade their skills. This may mean learning the basic skills of reading, writing and maths or, more often, improving existing ones. Students are also encouraged to develop computer skills as part of their learning programme.

Courses are run in small groups to allow for individual attention.

One-to-one tuition is available for a limited period of time for those students who need more support.  This is provided by volunteer tutors who are trained by the ABE service.
