Course details
After successful completion of the one-year study program, students could exit the program with a Certificate in Basic Culinary Operation. It is very important that students who would like to exit at certificate level inform the Academy in writing, addressed to the registrar, at the end of the first trimester. Students will not be issued a certificate if they fail to do so.
