Course details
The aim of this English Language Course is to prepare students in the application of the English Language when communicating verbally with other people. It is paced at the intermediate level and is catered to those who already possess the basic knowledge of the English Language. It is also targeted at those who have acquired some understanding of the fundamental grammar structures and vocabulary but wish to fine-tune them and put them into practice in real-life situations.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this module, students should be able to communicate confidently through speaking and presenting themselves in front of others.
This module will enhance students’ pronunciation when speaking in English as well as giving them the confidence to converse effectively in the English Language as a Foreign Language

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
For students who want to improve their conversational English.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be at least 16 years old and has at least the proficiency in the English Language equivalent to the Certificate in English as a Foreign Language Level 3. A diagnostic test will be provided to ascertain the level of proficiency if required.
CERTIFICATE AWARDED
A “Certificate of Attendance” will be awarded by Parkway College.
