his innovative new programme has been designed to give job seekers the real skills necessary to gain employment in the hospitality sector. Developed to provide a recognisable and professional qualification along with the practical skills set that employers are looking for this programme aims to support applicants in finding meaningful work in the hospitality and catering sector. The Programme will incorporate Technology Tralee and a work placement will be provided in a selected hotel in Tralee/Killarney area.

This programme will meet criteria at HETAC level. The participants of the programme will also have the opportunity to progress onto Higher Certificates, Ordinary degrees and Honours degrees.
