Course details
The Cleaning Performance Standards is a new initiative drawn up by the building owners/management and the service providers to provide the cleaning industry an objective framework to measure and evaluate the cleaning performance.
It serves to give guidance for building owners/management and service providers in establishing the benchmark standard and reference for specifying cleaning requirements as well as the inspection criteria for measuring cleaning performance.
This outcome driven (performance based) rather than input driven (fixed head count) system provides better defined and measurable requirements that can be included in their contracts and spur service providers to improve their quality of service delivery.
