Overview
Building on the concepts introduced in the iPhone Applications Development (Essentials) course, the advanced course covers new areas and techniques that can be used to make more sophisticated, polished apps for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad devices.
The course covers using the Objective C runtime to reflect/introspect classes, the messaging subsystem MKMapView to display maps with custom annotations, communication with REST web services and several common threading patterns including using GCD.
