Bookkeeping and accounting personnel are tasked with recording financial transactions, updating statements and checking financial records for accuracy. The areas of responsibility include handling company’s accounts, completing financial statements and reports, as well as possibly handling payroll. The Certificate: Bookkeeping and Accountancy focuses on the knowledge and practical skills required to ensure the effective handling of bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities in the corporate environment.
