Credit cards are very much considered one of the most sensitive products that any bank can offer and it is the most profitable product as well; if it is managed properly. The bank cards business is very comprehensive and has several areas that require knowledge and update. These areas include risk and fraud, operations, credit, marketing, customer services, system, product development, collection and recoveries. This course through one day of teaching will cover these areas and aid the professionals with necessary knowledge needed.

- Identify various fraud cases related to cards issuing and acquiring
- Recognize the tools to minimize the risk of card fraud
- Understand the future of card fraud in the region
