This program is concerned with competition and the creation of competitive advantage to achieve success (value creation). As the business environment is becoming more and more complex, it is essential for a firm to decide how to position itself relative to its competitors.

This program offers methods and tools used in competitive strategy. You will learn how to identify business situations in which these tools can be applied most effectively.
