This unit covers job redesign and its processes, how other companies have successfully re-designed jobs and share of best practices, identifying and adopting a contextual job redesign plan that can be applied immediately and improving productivity in an aging and diverse workforce
COURSE OUTLINE
At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- Manage systems and processes of Job-Redesign and to enable workers to function more effectively and to meet organisational goals and objectives
- Review and evaluate Job Redesign systems and processes in accordance with organisational policies
- Develop and establish solutions to gaps and areas of improvement to further enhance organisational systems and processes.
METHODOLOGY
This course will comprise of group discussions, activities and short lectures.
TARGET AUDIENCE
The job roles/occupations that this unit would be relevant to include all occupational roles in all industries, although the primary target audience would be those with responsibilities for the operation and performance of an organisational unit(s).
