By the end of this course the participants (MD’s & Managers) should:
- Understand the integrated approach to competitive business management using the business management system (BMS) model
- Acquire sufficient knowledge about the components of the BMS model
- Acquire sufficient knowledge about BMS tools for diagnosing and strategy design
